The SpectraCure X5000 Series Multi Lamp Configuration is made for mounting on a variety of Press configurations. This system comes standard with 500 watt per inch UV Lamps with a Multi Focal Point reflector design, (600 watts per inch available upon request). These units are used to Cure UV Inks, Coatings, Varnishes, and adhesives on a variety of substrates.

The Command Center is the heart and brain of our systems. The X5000 Series Multi Lamp PLC/Touch Screen controls provide for easy changes to the lamp operating system. Program set-up parameters facilitate the operator/equipment operation through a remote touch-screen interface, standard on all system configurations. The X5000 Series comes equipped with the digital thermostat and auto damper temperature feedback cooling system to preserve optimal Lamp Voltage, chamber and substrate temperatures. The Touch Screen Control panel offers easy to use functions for the operation of your single lamp system.

Cabinet sizes vary based on quantity of UV Lamp Stations and application. Custom Cabinet Sizes available.
